At Relow, we want every sip to feel right. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to resolve it smoothly.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Because our products are consumable, returns are only accepted in specific cases:

  • You received an incorrect item.

  • The product arrived damaged or compromised.

  • There is a verified quality concern.

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially consumed items (unless proven to be defective in quality)

  • Orders placed more than 14 days ago

  • Complimentary items, samples, or free gifts included with purchases

 


 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as expected, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package.

Kindly share:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the product and packaging

  • a short description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will either:

  • arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost, or

  • process a refund to your original mode of payment

 


 

3. Refund Timelines

Once your request has been assessed, we’ll update you on whether the refund has been approved.

If eligible:

  • refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • you will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been completed

Please note: Your issuing bank or payment provider may require additional time for the amount to reflect.
